The organiser will make the following information visible in the Attendee Hub:

No other personal data – such as email address, phone number or job title – will be shared.

Withdrawal of consent
You may modify or withdraw your consent at any time. If you withdraw consent, your information will no longer be visible to other participants. Please note that data already viewed by others before withdrawal cannot be recalled.

Data retention
Your shared data will remain accessible to other participants until you withdraw your consent or until the event is closed by the organisers.

Terms and Conditions *

I have read and agree to the below Terms and Conditions of the European Carbon Farming Summit 2026.

1. Event organisation
The European Carbon Farming Summit 2026 (“the Summit”) is organised by SAE Innova and Climate KIC, as part of the Project CREDIBLE consortium, and co-hosted by EIT Food (as LILAS4SOILS coordinator) and Confagricoltura Veneto, with the support of Veneto Agricoltura.

2. Registration and payment

Registration is confirmed only once full payment has been received (where applicable).
All participants must register individually through the official registration platform.

3. Ticket policy

Tickets are non-refundable.
Attendee details can be modified until Friday 20 February 2026. After that date, changes are no longer possible.
Tickets may not be transferred or resold without the organiser’s consent.

4. Programme changes
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the programme, speakers or venue, or to cancel sessions if circumstances require. Any significant updates will be communicated to registered participants.

5. Data protection
Personal data provided during registration will be processed in accordance with the event’s Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection legislation (GDPR).

6. Photography and recording
Photos, videos and audio recordings will be taken during the Summit. By attending, participants consent to the use of their image and likeness in event-related materials and promotional communications.

7. Liability
The organisers shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during attendance at the event, except in cases of proven negligence. Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage.

8. Force majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond the organisers’ reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions), the organisers may postpone, cancel, or move the event online. In such cases, no liability shall arise for the organisers.

9. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the host country, Italy, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of its competent courts.

The organiser of the European Carbon Farming Summit 2026 (“the Summit”) and its processor Idloom process your data in full compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The information you provide is necessary to:

manage your participation in the Summit, including registration, ticketing, invoicing and email confirmations;
create your attendee badge and enable you to update your registration details; and
facilitate access to the event platform and networking tools.

The organiser may also process your data under its legitimate interest to:

communicate about the Summit and other related initiatives;
share your organisation name and, if you choose to provide it, your job title in a publicly visible attendee list, used to inform visitors about the organisations represented at the Summit;
gather anonymised analytics to evaluate and improve the event; and
promote the Summit through communication and outreach activities, including the use of photos and video recordings taken during the event. By attending, you consent to the possible use of your image or voice in post-event materials shared through official channels (e.g. website, reports, and social media).

Idloom processes data within the European Union or, where necessary, in third countries that provide appropriate safeguards for data protection. Your data may also be transferred to the country of the organiser.

Purpose of data sharing:

A limited portion of the personal data you provide during registration will be made visible to other registered participants to support networking and collaboration during and after the summit.

The organiser will retain your data only for as long as required by applicable law (for example, fiscal or accounting obligations) and for a reasonable period following the event to conclude post-event activities.

You have the right to:

access, correct or delete your personal data;
restrict or object to its processing; and
request a copy of your data in a portable format.

Please note that data already viewed by others before withdrawal cannot be recalled.
